    Merchant Acct vs Billing Alternate

    Okay, I'm debating between getting my own merchant account via netbilling,
    or just use ccbill.

    Any feedback would be appreciated....

          If you're gonna do recurring billing - then definately your own merchant account. That way you own your customer base and can take it anywhere you want. If you use a 3rd party processor like iBill or whatever - you can never have access to your own customers' credit cards.

              Good point...thanks.

              I can't do recurring from netbilling even with my own merchant account...maybe the subscription stuff I can do with ccbill.

                  If you do enough volume to get your own account, do it without hesitation an use netbilling. we have used them forever and we love them.
