Pinkems takes literally no time to maintain since it requires a certain amount of traffic back in order for webmasters to post. This means no submitting galleries anywhere. All I do is build a gallery every few days with Arylia which takes 30 seconds (a licensed copy of Arylia will be included in the sale). Changing link codes for EVERY gallery will take 30 minutes to an hour at most in Arylia.
Right now the site is getting 18,000 - 20,000 unique visitors a day. Revenue is around $500/month. It would be a lot more if I was actively promoting it, or placed ads on the homepage.
Probably the biggest buying advantage is that the site gets 6,000 - 9,000 search engine hits a day (half from google images, half from regular searches). It's a PR4 but will go up to PR5 when the next update happens due to tons of non-recip hardlinks.
The script is completely custom.. you won't see many sites of it's kind. I will explain how everything works before the sale, and answer any questions afterwards. I'll even be willing to program some enhancements to facilitate the sale.
