we were purchasing traffic from different sources and just manually figired out what is good and what is not
but you have to spend some money on that marketing
also, try different galleries, site desings etc
the convertion ratio can change dramatically
even the same girl can bring you a lot or nothing
but anyway the best way is to buy from tgps directly, not from brockers
cuz when you're buying spot from tgp you see your link and can estimate the traffic easily, this is not a mix of someting like the y offer through brockers
