Either she is playing games, or she realized after a night of partying that it makes more sense to have you there to foot the bill. Paying for your own drinks and cab rides suck when you are used to getting them for free.
Do not be suckered in. My earlier advice if "wait until you are 25" still holds true. Whether you want to admit it or not, she did you a favor, now move on.
BTW, you can block her number on your land line. Contact your phone company if you don't know how.
