You're expecting the call center monkeys to be able to do more than suggest that you reboot and/or change your browser?

This has been standard procedure for over a decade now.

I agree it's bullshit, but you'll never, ever, ever, ever get to talk to an internal developer for anyone who deals with monitary transactions. They always end up seeking you out.
