Actually, it was a fair number of overall tweaks. First I even'd out the skintones, fix'd the blemishes, etc. Then added the makeup (eyeliner, mascara), added eyelashes, reshaped the eyebrows just a smudge, whitened her teeth and added lip gloss highlights. Extended the hairline a little, and then added a slight median noise diffusion overall, retouched the detail areas, fixed the white balance and brightened things a bit.
Took about 10 mins.Comment

I don't think I did anything with the 'chop touchups that a makeup artist can't easily duplicate in a matter of minutes, though.
But you DO have a point. We worked with a model one time where I had to do that much work on almost every one of her shots. The end result was good...but it was hella work.Comment
