Yeah Ive used verotel for a few years now....very reliable, simple webmaster admin, and resellers/affiliates love 'em -very accurate w/ good tracking.

I know a lot of the old school guys prefer ccbill because theyre in the states, but I prefer verotel, hands down.

Agreed. I used them both. But I have Verotel as the primary processor on the cascade and I would bet 80-90% goes through them.

Why you ask?

1. They have never been late on a payment for me in years. This includes getting me my ACH deposits BEFORE holidays. (i.e. I am not waiting until Tuesday or whatever is more convient for you to get a few more days of interest).

2. ACH deposits. No wire fees. 'nuff said.

3. While their e-mail support is not as fast as CCB. I can get someone on the phone or live chat when need be. I haven't had an issue that couldn't be resolved fairly quickly.

4. I've never had a single complaint on Verotel or their billing from a member (over 5 sites).

This is not a slam on CCBill. I've been happy with them as well. I've only had minor grief here and there but I still recommend them obviously. My main sticking points are no ACH, and no forethought on the banking holidays.

Be sure to check out www.2000charge.com too, they have US and Canadian ACH, European debit, online banking billpay methods in the US and Europe, and Asian cards.

Gotta plug them, they're good guys.
