Seriously, you should be allowed to add domains yourself. If you can't, definitely switch. It is too time consuming if you have to wait for someone's lazy tech support to do it.

We have multiple dedicated servers, but for small projects we use RCN's virtual service. I have the $50/mo plan with them and never had a problem or any noticeable downtime. They also have smaller plans ... highly recommend that you check them out.
