Create your own custom join.html page then send the information across to the CCBill form, thats what we're doing on http://www.condomcash.com and we're seeing much better results than when we linked direct to the CCBill form.

tried prefill forms didnt make much difference so were all for nice custom ccbill forms, the one above sells for sure

Did you try to move the pre-fill forms to right and the text to left? Should work better.

We use NATS so we collect username/pass and membership option on our join page - but still have to send them to a ccbill join form. As I'm sure you know ccbill has several join forms to choose from.
