Why doesn't he like YOU "online"?

Aside from those questions, and as what other's mentioned, why not send some proof to your parents local police department and see what they can do.

Most likely, you're fucked taking that approach.

Do some social hacking yourself, and find out more about the person. Does he/she have a job? Program your modem to wardial that workplace from a non-*69# every minute asking to speak with said stalker. Pull out false ads in his/her local paper about his/her transgender desires.

Or just figure out the tension and get it resolved, if possible.

If not.... take the advice of the gun-totting psychos who'll most likely post in this thread.
