Remember way back when Ibill almost went belly up and some webmasters eventually took a payout promise, well the 1st payout was due in Jan, guess what, they haven?t paid, again sitting ?bank payout issues? this , also along with missing reserve payouts for the last 3 months seems like Ibill is still out there dying a slow death.
Before you jump on me saying ?why are you still using ibill ? I am NOT , these are payouts owed from back when they suddenly stopped paying webmasters but were still collecting membership fees from members, often even after they had cancelled.
