True but here in Amsterdam we have a special police / medical assistance unit to recover wasted tourists, lol and there is every week some incident.
I know exactly what you mean, but tourist under estimate the strength of Dutch weed.
For example my brother in law visited me last month and we went to a party. I gave him a skunk joint but after 20 minutes he could barely walk/talk anymore, totally wasted.
First time Snoop Dog visited Amsterdam for a concert he was on stage with a huge bigg ass skunk joint but after a while he couldn't rap anymore because he was to fucking high lol.
