I will say to anyone interested, around the corner from me is an awesome building, it use to be the Sears Telecatalog Building...alot of cubicles.
It's been empty for a longtime, I have no clue how much it is, I would think it would rent pretty cheap since it has been empty.
I have been in cam work for 8 yrs, I know I could run a tight ship.
I would need some pretty serious funds to get it going, if not that location...I could find somewhere else.

I own a major cam studio in downtown Montreal.
All canadian girls..complete with cell phones,audio etc....Our studios have top of the range sony cams and we transmit via a large fibre optic pipe....
