lets not freak out too much. it was only submitted - that would mean that CC companies would have to agree. Its interesting they feel that most kids are the ones who use porn - yet say that they will charge CC 25% - so either the parent is lax in allowing the card out, or VISA etc. are stupid in giving kids cards - or maybe.. just maybe.. people may see the government not caring about kids - only how to get money from the porn industryComment

Looks like the govermnent is getting jealous of the cash that the legal porn industry has been making lately and now wants to slap on a tax so they can get a bigger cut.
