If this is a porn filter issue, why don't they make a rating system at the ISP level. Like cable TV does. ISPs can filter spam, all kinds of crap, why not software filters. Hit the net, log into the isp with a user account, it turns on set filters for that user, can have a list of allowed sites too, no email on an account.. etc.
