further, i would guess that it is impossible to argue that he is not entering into the agreement under duress since you are openly threatening him with consequences if he doesn't agree. Additionally, it would seem that prosecutors would not be think too highly of the guy that came months after the fact claiming someone had hacked his servers and committed multiple federal crimes - but is only reporting it now because the person in question failed to live up to the terms of his indentured servitude.
