the join page was specifically defined and ordered to be removed on the 12th. of January. If there was a way to shut the site down without removing the join page to insure no one would lose any time or money, someone please clue me in on how to do so.

The hearing was for the lawyers. Bill has no lawyer, so it was my lawyer and Bill. I was called into the court room half way through. It is not anyones business on here but obviously it has come here. If there was a court order, which there is not, there is an agreement, there would be some sort of order put down on paper.

We will not be doing a site with Arika ... even after NB begged me to add her to our program in Vegas ...(I believe to try to use later to make it look like we took her ) .. I always use [email protected] and 90% of the spam I get to those accounts are NATS programs.

I haven't noticed that. But I do get from a bunch of sponsor who has used/is using the old X3 backend script.

Yes there was a bug in NATS that was being exploited where they could get your webmaster emails etc. We noticed the bug around 6 months ago and let NATS know.
