kroket is the deepfried roll thats crunchy on the outside, it has a sauce with meat inside. Ive been to plants where they produce them many times, some use beef, lot use horse and chicken.
The meat they use isnt bad its just something you cant eat normally cause you cant seperate it from the bone. The meat they use is the leftover whats on the bones, they have a special machine that scrapes it off. Imagine a ton of bones gets you enough meat to produce a snack with the name meat on it. So leftovers.
Oh and the time they use organs liver kidney n all is over here, thats not allowed anymore, other countries still use that for snacks for sure.
