SOMETIMES people actually DO have family problems. I've never heard of anyone ever having a problem with Darkhorse's work; so you caught him at a bad time. You couldn't just get someone else without trashing the guy?

Feel ya man. When something happens to a designer it's always excuses

If people want to prevent this they should hire a design studio with a team of designers (like BlueDesignStudios, Envisionext, etc).
