Have Extreme here, it is ok, but has some drpos today, causing my IP phones to cut off....
The service dept. is trained to tell you to unplug your router, shutdown your PC, etc .... basically the problem is you.
Well, I had an issue a year ago, repeating itself ( slow and losing connectivity ).
Afte escalating past the first and second level, they sent techs. It so happened that a repeater was near dead about 1/2 mile from my place....
Anyway, if it is slow, complain to the top.
