300,000 uniques a month

So, I think I'm done with this site. Work and school are just too much and then add on working this site and just had some family stuff come up.

Site: www.mostpopularporn.com

8k-10k uniques a day
Had 311,000 uniques last month
To date 160,000 uniques

Just put in adbrite, making between $8-$10 a day
Zangocash making between $5-$10 a day
Made $75 so far this month with adult ad world

used 16 gigs of bandwidth this month so far and uses about 20 megs of space

would like to go through escrow, willing to split the cost

looking for $2500, let me know if you have any questions

I have looked at your stats, and it looks like a clarifaction needs to be made.

Looks like you are averaging 1,500 to 2,000 unique VISITORS a day. The uniques you are quoting in your title refers to Unique HITS, and is virtually useless in determining value. A single page can count multiple hits, so this type of statistic tends to greatly inflate perceived traffic values.

Can you also provide more detailed stats. I would be looking for Referring Websites, Search Engine Phrases and Daily uniques.

What type of traffic is going to this site? Trades, purchased, redirected traffic, link lists, etc.

actually, with webalizer stats the "sites" statistic is the number of uniques users

I had awstats for decemeber but my host removed them. I had 311,000 uniques for december which is the same number as the december "sites" stat

Hmmm...I will have to look into this. I would still be interested in seeing detailed stats. The stats I requested above are still a crucial part of determining value.

Wrong. "Visits" is the number most closely related to actual uniques. "Sites" is almost a completely useless metric. Reread what it has for the definitions.

Also the site isn't even 3 months old, show some ref. urls plz. Where is the traffic coming from? Did you buy feeder traffic?

If you post that I might go 251 to beat out JoeMeca.

looks like the traffic was probably bought to me: I don't see any reason the search enignes would pick the site up as it is. A screencap of the top referring URLs would be useful for "clarification" on this one.

Traffic had to be bought thats obvious. Site < 3 months old and you are claiming 10k per day with 0 backlinks? Don't you think you should have disclosed that from the beginning since 90% of the traffic will probably disappear when you stop buying ads?

Bulldog - I must say, you are displaying an amazing amount of tolerance. Looks good on ya!

I haven't looked at your stats, but I can say that last week I bought a couple of sites that are doing over 3 to 5,000 unique visitors a day. One is not even listed in google and the other has 5 backlinks. So, it is possible to get this type of traffic with no backlinks.

That said, it is only prudent for any potential purchaser to take a detailed look at stats before purchasing any site.
