Actually...truth be told, I have thought that a gay guy would be a perfect candidate, as well...but I am being open to whoever is presented to me. I will not discriminate....when I find the perfect person I will hire them whether they are Male, Female, Transexual, Transvestite, Gay, Straight, Bent, Bi, Martian, Vulcan or from the planet Melmac.
