We don't have set limits regarding CPU usage, we take everything on case by case basis. We do not terminate your entire account if you have an instance of high CPU usage. Our policy is to suspend the instance and contact you about the issue, giving you the opportunity to correct it with our assistance. The rest of your account will not be effected. You have to remember this is virtual hosting, if you are doing anything on the server to effect other clients, then of course we would have to suspend the issue until its resolved.
CPU usage and BW usage are 2 different things. Your account would never be suspended for fully utilizing the BW you were given and you paid for.
We would be over selling if we could not deliver what we promise, however this is simply not the case here. We have plenty of bandwidth available and you are welcome to use whatever amount of BW you purchased, its there to be used
The alotments are not that over the top.
