When you tell your sponsors about your bad ratios....

but how can sponsors help you?

bad ratios = either bad marketing or sponsors site sucks

if you convert bad with sponsor A and good with sponsor B, then just move all your traffic to sponsor B if possible

or if you converted well with a sponsor but suddenly your ratios went far worse... then what can a rep tell you? he can maybe admit they are having some billing issues... but more than likely, he will just say "everything is fine, and i took a look at your account and tracking is also fine" ( lol )

i never even speak to sponsors reps, unless i want to change my passowrd, minimum payment, or clarify sth about their program

Not really, what do you expect them to say? Sorry? You'll basically get the same type of response, change up your creatives or try a different site.

Most reps just tell me everything is "fine on there end" with a few exceptions.

Laura Lee (TCG) always looks into network wide numbers etc. to see if my numbers may be dipping with the rest of the network. She is always helpful even if its just to let me vent.

Brent (Python) goes out of his way to see what the issue might be from test sign ups, double checking linking codes, hits/join ratio comparison etc.

Reak from adult gold vault contacted me today because he felt my numbers should be better. Thats pretty stand up of him.

Sponsors should have an idea of what methods work best to sell their particular sites, and be able to look at your materials and tell you what you are doing wrong.

If they can't tell you anything, then it means your bad ratio is probably the norm for that sponsor. I can also mean they deal in niches they know nothing about, and thus can't help you.
