We don't have set limits regarding CPU usage, we take everything on case by case basis. We do not terminate your entire account if you have an instance of high CPU usage. Our policy is to suspend the instance and contact you about the issue, giving you the opportunity to correct it with our assistance. The rest of your account will not be effected. I'm aware that CPU usage and BW usage are 2 different things. However, many hosts often terminate high bandwidth virtual accounts and use server resource abuse as an excuse.

Let's be honest. You're overselling no matter which way you cut it. If I consistently use 1 TB of transfer every month at $12/month, you're simply not profiting from my account. Throw in a couple of support tickets here and there and I'm eventually costing you money.

I do appreciate the open answer though. Other hosts usually skate around the question. I'll be giving you guys a shot for a new project. Thanks
