I didn't read the thread or posts in question but if Alien was simply showing the connection between Porngraph and NATS then he was right.

This is not exactly a big industry secret or anything although it's definitely perceived as a taboo subject. Avoiding taboo subjects is not something that I would consider to be one of Alien's strong points but that's no reason to ban him.

Perhaps there is more to the story than what we are seeing here?

Well, you know Alien, he didn't simply say "the NATS owners used to own PornGraph!" He did it in the usual Alien fashion. It isn't the information that gets him in trouble, its how he uses or misuses that information.

He wouldn't zip it after the issue had been addressed numerous times within the thread. What is a mod to do in that situation? Piss off an advertiser or piss off one man?

I happened to be reading that thread. I didn't see anything off the wall, so if there is something more to the story, then I missed it for sure.
