I've hung with Charlo many times, I think he's a great person.
I've never heard of him being cheap, on the contrary, he's incredibly generous.
He has picked up tabs for people he didn't even know becuase they heard he was going to a dinner and they snuck in.
I don't think pulling someone's past into all this is fair,especially when none of it is proven and when You originally complained about him being cheap and not paying for a tab.
Do you even know who he is? If he had run out on a tab in vegas they would just mail him the tab or thank him for coming and invite him back. He's very well liked there. He's got exclusive memberships to clubs.
I'd keep him close if you like being taken care of there.
