Now that they have won a case against a seeder what we need is a group of attorneys etc, that can setup a company that specializes in these type of cases. Start going after them daily. Give the Lawyers a percent, Hell, I have literally hundreds if not thousands of people we can start to sue right now. All it takes is the right people to put together a firm based around this model of suing end users and seeders of copyrighted content.

The only potential flaw is that you will have to go after people that have the money to pay when found guilty. This woman got hit for 220K. How many years will it take to collect that judgement? You could get win after win, but if the people don't have any money to pay the judgement it will be a while before the lawyers see a dime and many won't want to wait that long.Comment
