Yeah I'm talking to a tech but the tech dosen't know what he is doing and he is calling another tech... I'm with them since only 1 month. Did you have this problem before...The guy online dosen't know what to do he need to call another guys? I'm really disapointed with the service that I have tonight with webair

That is surprising. I have been with many hosts and I can honestly say Webair's techs have been the most helpful of any other host. No problems at all.I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...
