Grouchy Admin: The interface will be improving steadily over then next year. We brainstormed about improvements and felt that it would be better to introduce the changes gradually, rather than magic-ing up a whole new page and suddenly having the look be completely different... as for the "freebies", you are right, they are few and far between, but I don't mind giving "less-expensive-ies". Give me a yell and I will work on makin' ya a little bit less grouchy.
Smoke: Like Grouchy, give me a yell or hit me up on ICQ, and I will try to clear the air between us!
V_Rocks: Give me a yell and we'll work on getting you better pricing.
Evil-Dan: Eggs in a basket are one thing, but domains are a bit different... That being said, I completely concur that Fabulous.com are a great bunch! We work with them regularly and they feature many of their "for sale" names on our Marketplace. They are a great bunch of lads, and I have no problem giving them the kudos they deserve... if you ever get a chance to talk to Dan Warner, CFO Fabulous.com, take advantage of it... He is one SERIOUSLY smart domain guy.

Kektex: Thanks for the boost! You're right that we have never lost a domain name, and our support is almost to 24 hours... I think it is at 22 now, but we are keeping it all in house (we don't want to outsource it) so we are still in process of tweaking the schedules... by year end it will be 24-7 support!
