Cipro would be antibiotic overkill for most infections. Plus each infection has given antibiotics to use on them and you always want to go with the least powerful one unless you really wish to possibly make your body immune to the stronger meds that you may need some day. Oh yes. It will itch and burn and turn red like a mofo. Best thing you can do is pick up some Monistat creme and use that for a few days. The creme made for guys doesn't do much. And don't touch the girl again until you're both cleaned up.
