      I used Sorensen, when I compressed videos for my paysite...very easy to work with...good quality, no flickering..

                  Sorenson Squeeze is a good program but its expensive and I had problems when working with VOB files. Plus their support sux.

                  Right now I am using Video Charge, no complaints here.
