My first reaction would be to think if the paint is going to do any damage on their skin - next I'd be kicking my ass for leaving paint anywhere near the kids.
I think I'd laugh it off but I'd seriously be freaking out on how to get the paint off them and the fabric of the sofa. Scraping will remove it from the floor and the TV so even if it looks bad, it's not really as bad as it seems.
