Put some nice electronics in the garbage where you know he'll find them when emptying them. The next morning report them stolen to the police and say you think you know who did it. Hopefully when they open the door to question him, this stuff will be sitting out in the open. His defense of "I found it in the garbage." will sound ridiculous. He'll get fired.Comment

Definitely a brilliant plan. That or the good ol' conservative way : pay someone to fuck the guy up, or his car, and make sure you get a good alibi. I can't stress enough how paying someone else to do your dirty work is efficient in court. I was in a somewhat similar situation. Some people because of their own inadequacies with themselves, find pleasure out of bringing pain onto others. There's nothing you can do except go on living well...
A bitch of a school bus driver (you know, the stereotypical bus driver from South Park) reported my license plate because I flicked her off after she went road rage psycho on me without any kids around and for no reason. I got a ticket in the mail, had to hire a lawyer, show up in court, etc (the ticket was serious, 5 points plus up to 15 days in jail). I was completely in the right, no police officer around, but because of the way the legal system works, it was a he-said she-said situation. The bitch showed up to court, and waited 3 hours just to make sure she could fuck me any way she could.
I know how it feels to want nothing more to get back at them, but sometimes the best solution is to let it go and not let it bother you.Comment

I would plant a bomb in his car and set it to go off in 3 months in the armed mode, once its in the armed mode it would wait until the ignition is engaged, once it is, boom. I would move away from Canada 3 days after I planted the bomb so it wouldn't be exactly 3 months (If crime scene investigators go deep into that stuff). Make sure you get rid of ALL bomb making stuff.
Or just like shoot him with a silenced 9 mm and wrap up his body and find a local crematory (or make your own fire in the desert) and burn the shit out of his corpse. I am sure you can pay off your local crematory to do it for you (last time I did something like this it only costed me $500)...
