Courtyard by Marriott is right down the street a couple of shopping blocks. 5 min. I stayed there last year. very easy to and from show hotel.
I'd call the Marriott now for anyone who didn't get show hotel. It's the closest.

Just Wait, I came up with the idea yesterday during a meeting. It will take a little programming and everyones help, but it could be the best networking tool ever for a trade show It is real simple if you make more money during the show CCbill makes more money

Actually a few years ago they had one of their dinners over at The Buttes in Tempe. Its a Wyndom property with over 350 rooms with gorgeous winding paths and hidden grotos with hottubs etc etc. Great place for having private biz meetings and large bashes alike, but its not in the middle of downtown Tempe. I think the fun of having so much within walking distance is one of the reasons they chose to stay at the Palms. Its a great place with great surroundings for sure, although my second choice would still be The Buttes lolIf at first you do succeed - try to hide your astonishment.

Sleazy, if you want to stay somewhere fairly nice, the Wyndham Buttes is not that far away. If you get a car and driver for the entire show, you'd be fine. If you want to go that route, let me know, I've got a great driver from when I lived in Phoenix and I'd be happy to hook you up with her.Comment
