Sometimes offering less names is better than more - mixing in mediocre names can make all the names in a package look mediocre ... offer only the top 2 or 3 as a package ... you may actually get the price you want that way.
You say that ************** gets 230 / day and sweetass.com 85 / day ... are those type-ins or mostly from links?
If the above traffic is mostly quality type-in and/or the links coming into those are solid links (not here today, gone tomorrow link trade crap) and the domains have some decent earnings... well then, those two domains alone may be worth $75K ... perhaps even more!
