Look to a pretty damn famous and not to mention very old school user submitted tease/naughty/risque voyer site on the web. They also have a very unique little logo, you almost always will find a version of that logo in every single picture of video.
I do not wish to just say do this and that. There are a lot of legal loopholes and requiements. I am not a lawyer and I sure and the hell am not a paid consultant.
