Controversial shock jock Howard Stern is behind the microphone again but now he?s completely uncensored on satellite radio. Sirius Satellite Radio is calling the debut of Howard Stern?s uncensored talk show ?The biggest day in radio since the first day in radio.? This is how they described the debut on their web site.

But others are wondering if the sexually explicit talk show should cause the Federal Communications Commission to begin regulating satellite broadcasts. Robert Knight with the Culture and Family Institute is one of those.

?The Justice Department has regulatory authority over all obscene material. The FCC has authority over indecent material; a lesser standard and so the FCC is not likely to go after Howard Stern who will be broadcasting obscenity. That?s a matter for Justice Department.?
In the meantime, Trueman says subscribers to Sirius should reconsider paying for a service that promotes the exploitation of women and children. A report from the Associated Press says Howard Stern has promised everything from stripper poles to live sex on his new show.
