Their support has improved from a couple years ago when it was like calling vindictive teenagers.
Putting "back order this domain" in your whois didn't last long. I have some horror stories that go way beyond "false whois" ... "godaddy sucks" was showing up on google so much they bought the name godaddysucks.com
Seems to me they are getting better recently. All my registerfly domains got transfered over to them. I couldn't believe I was talking to the same people when I called support.
