This is a neat website for UFO fans. It has galleries of some of the best pics of UFOs going way back to 1870. Of course prior to 1950 they weren't called UFOs.

What's funny to me is that no matter what photographic technology we have, people still can't keep their hands from shaking when taking a pic or remove their thumb from the shutter.

i think the reason is because they max out the zoom on the camera trying to get the closest shot

Believe it or not, the real reason people associate saucers/ufos with 'aliens' is because back in the 40's when people first started reporting flying saucers the general public thought they were Soviet or German secret weapons. The Russians and Germans thought they were U.S. secret weapons. In 1947 so many were sighted that the U.S. analyzed the data and put out speculation that they were interplanetary space vehicles from another world. People took that explanation and ran with it.

We know for a fact that SOME of those UFO reports were experimental aircraft/space craft made b y government and homemade experiments. The rest are misinterpretations of natural phenomena. There is however an unavoidable amount of sightings that defy the conventional and there are all sorts of first hand contact information that suggest, suggest, SOME of these are of extraterrestrial or extradimensional origin.

Until one is on a slab somewhere for us regular folks to examine and verify the truth remains out there.
