Local girls do not get nor should see LA and or Vegas rates, unless after your done shooting them and want to send them to vegas then to LA. Rates will rise as they hit LA. Im sure someone would cut you a nice little fee for a refferal, specially if when your talent hits vegas and its a hell of a lot less than standard rates.
