I never could understand why people think they can shut a forum like this down. The forum posts links to file download sites like Rapidshare, Depositfiles, Megaupload, etc., and don't actually host any content, so legally or otherwise you don't have much of a leg to stand on.
If your content is posted there you need to contact Rapidshare or whatever other site it is hosted on and ask them to remove it. They are actually pretty good about it and will remove copyrighted content. That's not to say problem solved, but it is the only real recourse you have other than trying to cut off their funding.
Speaking of which, I thought AVN Ads said they were no longer allowing advertising on these sites...
