    Anyone get their unlocked Iphone bricked today?

    The 1.1.1 software update is just out. Anyone crazy enough to try it here?

      From what I've seen so far, it just re-locks your phone, but doesnt brick it.

      It also look like 3rd party apps still work, and the filesystem is still hackable.

              if u got it unlocked, why upgrade?

              seriously if it fucking works, why fuck with it?

              what kinda upgrade do you think it will be.....add an extra icon to something?

                  Supposedly fixes the speaker volume and allows you to turn off data roaming.

                  Turning off edge would be nice as it would conserve battery.

                      mine was never unlocked and i just did the update. was smooth, itunes wifi is pretty cool. the tv out is something that i want to go buy a cable for so i can use it at the hotel now. as far as the speaker i havent' checked yet, but that definitely is something that was needed on mine, the volume seemed pretty low before.
