I like phatservers but from the logs posted I would never assume they were being unplugged immediately. I would think it's a pretty obvious assumption that they should stay online until they are to be picked up, ESPECIALLY when told the contract won't be cancelled until it's paid up. Notice where chris says i will get back to you "shortly" wich was 3 minutes later saying everything was worked out and the servers would be removed.
Stop trying to make something out of this that isn't.
Root passwords did not work, and by the time they needed to come down Ethan was not around to provide them. The boxes were powered down. nothing "yanked".Comment

This very easy to understand. Ethan says they will pay the bill and asks if billing has been worked out. Chris says he doesn?t know but will find out. He finds out, and tells Ethan they will remove the machines and get them ready. Which means Chris talked to Billing/Mike, all is good, so Chris tells him he will take the machine down.
Pretty damn cut and dry.
