    Do you know when people will get serious about 2257?

    I just read that there were five 2257 inspections in Florida and, though there was no evidence of any minors being included in the content, all the inspections resulted in errors being found. In fact, one producer admitted that he did not keep any photo identification records prior to 2005, and a second producer failed to produce any photo identification records at all.

    Do you know when people will get serious about 2257?

    When they start publishing the punishment for these type violations.

      where did u read about 2257 inspections in Florida?

              AVN.COM and XBIZ.COM both are carrying coverage of it.

              Many of us tried last month to get others on this board to submit comments to DOJ about their pending new regulations that include Secondary Producer 2257 record-keeping, but very few seemed interested in doing so. Thanks to those who did, but those numbers were disappointing.

                  It's a sad situation. I submitted my comments but I'm sure not very many others did the same. Most webmasters, well most secondary producers, just don't seem to either give a shit or they have their head in the sand. They still think that they don't need docs or only on hardcore content, which is simply not true. I've gone full on text until this is either resolved or I'll stick with text forever, which sucks because I would love to use screenshots and samples for my site. Not sure how other review sites think they are safe with doctored or cleansed screenshots, they aren't. The ignorance is going to bite this industry in the ass which is sad.
