So phatservers unplugges 2 of my servers

thats right.. right out of the wall.. no shut down or anything.. why? cause of a lousy 300 bucks. Mike the owner of that shithole authorized this...

Is there any host out there that would litterlally pull the plug out of a server over 300 bucks past due 2 weeks? or even a month? or even 2 months? Please tell me what hosts would do this.. I just cant fathom the idea, of a professional company pulling the plug on live servers over 300 bucks.. especially when you have been paying them ontime for several months prior, and 1 invoice happens to get missed.

mikes excuse? Someone at epic had an attitude, it was a holiday, we had an outstanding balance therefor refused to service a down server.

a big fuck you to phatservers.

the server was down on xmas eve.... they pulled the plug on it today when we informed them we were leaving.. no shut down or anything.. literally pulled the plug right out of the wall on 2 live servers....

There must be more to this story. First of all pimpdog you should pay your hosting bills ontime, can you imagine if all their customers didnt pay like you, then they couldn't pay their provider and or data center, and then another Like whoa incident all over again. Second, I think moose and phatservers seem to be a stand up company and you are known as a total Idiot thus I would tend to believe their is more to this story then your one side.

We were asked to take the servers offline today by someone at epic named Ethan, so we complied.
Here is the log of the convo if your guy Ethan failed to show it to you between your tech and one of mine:

[10:44] EMG Ethan: Hello Chris
[10:44] prodiac: hows it going
[10:44] EMG Ethan: It's going ok, how are you?
[10:44] prodiac: alright
[10:45] EMG Ethan: I wanted to arrange for Joel to pick up that server again...
[10:45] EMG Ethan: actaully both servers
[10:46] prodiac: Okay, will you be cancelling service?
[10:46] EMG Ethan: Yes, but not until we pay the bill
[10:47] EMG Ethan: I assume the billing problem has been worked out, right?
[10:47] prodiac: I dont have that information, Jim talked with Billing, thats all I know, but I will find out information on if anything needs to be done before the servers are picked up, and I will get back to you shortly

That is fucked up. I had a 3 month over due balance on my account becaus ethe rebill didnt save me CC number like i thought. they didnt even say anything to me until my hun listing went up.

When they called they told me I needed to pay in the next couple days to continue service. I've never just had it taken down.

are you really this stupid? I host at multiple places, and invoices always get paid ontime.. 1 invoice got missed during a very busy time for us.. might i add it was a 300 dollar invoice, not 3k or 30k.. 300 fucking dollars... thats justification for phatservers to yank the plug? i guess so..... didnt hurt me at all, I have those 2 servers the yanked from the wall today already online at Split infinity.

yea i and my people are only human.. we missed a 300 dollar invoice.. cry me a river.

mike can take the 300 bucks and stick it up his ass....

there is no excuse to pull the plug on any server over something so petty.
