I just noticed that google banned my domain cuz perffect10.com had a complaint about using their content. Joy Behrman and Kerri Kendal pics to be specific.

ITS A FUCKING MAC AND BUMBLE FREE HOSTED GALLERY!!
I just downloaded the content and the template to make my own gallery to be more SE friendly. And i`m sending that traffic to macandbumble
how the fuck can this happend? I`ve had that domain listed at #1 for top keywords for years!

i had shitload of traffic, and all went to shit cuz of THIS?! I`ve never stolen content!

perfect10 are a bunch of retards. they threatened to sue on the assumption i had used their content because i run celeb sites. i never had anything of theirs and they never even took the time to check.

you can not download the pictures from hosted galleries and put them on your own domain
this is not legal
that is why it is not M&B's fault unless they own the content themselves and have the right to give it to affiliates
if its 3rd party content and only licensed to their domain this is why there is a problem now

Perfect 10 is run by a guy with as much money as he has ego and its a huge amount.
Its always a good idea to work with sponsors that provide 100% of their own exclusive content just in case this sort of thing happens, after all its a real fucker when you spend all the time and energy building and promoting a site to have it banned in this way !

It looks like they bitched to google about their images showing in image searches. They listed the domains they came from so google could find them and google instead banned the sites from the SE.

Has Mac and Bumble sold Zadeh images in the past? If you sold him non-exclusive rights to the same images, or you sold him exclusive rights to different images in the same sets, that would be my guess as to where it's coming from...

FHG's are Hosted on the sponsors hosting for a reason: There is license for THEM to host it. So unless the same exact content is also available as Free content, or if you already OWN the license for it, then it is a violation to download and host it yourself.

Otherwise, sponsors would simply have free content, and downloadable templates.

FHG != free content

BTW: I think this whole business of asking google to ban people is wrong. They should have emailed all of the domains and asked it to be removed instead (if it's in violation).

Perfect 10 actually DMCA'ed Google (images) for copyright infringement (Norm's got huge stones, damn). I guess all of this is a product of that act.

Perfect 10 has offered to petition Google to "re-enable" all M&B affiliates, so if you're an M&B affiliate, please email me ASAP.

They are using dmca complaints to remove listings, when the whole system of "google images" is one giant dmca complaint.

You're wrong. The sites aren't blacklisted. Only the root domain doesn't show but it does still has it's page rank. All other pages like galleries and archives are still there (oh irony also the ones with falsely claimed pictures).

we have had 29 sites removed from google and a dozen from yahoo in the last 2 weeks for infringement on the paris hilton sex video - we are also aware that if we wrongfully dmca a site, that we could suffer legally later if the removed site owner pursues legal action.
