This is my first major downtime with them in a very long time too (been hosting with them 3 years or so). Also the longest downtime ever already. Last time there was a major outtage it was only about 30 minutes or so. Already goign on 45 - 50 minutes.
Either way it's a MAJOR routing problem. Been running ping plotter for the last 45 minutes and doing traceroutes from the web and it looks like their routers are fucked. Everything hosted with them, including Orbit and their own sites .. are down because of this.

Yes.
They are having major routing problems, they are aware of it and are working on it.
I have about 7 clients, with some total 35+ machines, in DC 2, 4 & 5. All 3 DC's are
effected by these networking issues, as they are having major core-level network
problems.
I am able to log into my machines via a he.net backbone, as that one is still working.
But Atleast AT&T and cogent, uu.net, level3, etc, all are messed up pretty badly.
I tried doing some traceroutes outbound, they die right at DC3 (their NOC). So
something is severely broken, but, its ok, i'm sure they'll have it fixed as fast as
possible!
I still stand behind them!Comment
