I made up dinner tonight, sorta recipe inside.

Ok I wanted cabbage rolls however after I got everything out my muscle spasms kicked in so I ended up in a lot of pain and knew how tedious making cabbage rolls would be so here is what I did.

Preheated oven to universal temp. 350f

Cooked off a pound and a half of ground beef seasoned with salt n pepper until done. Drained.

While that cooked.

I got a can of tomato soup and two cans of tomato sauce and dumped them into a bowl. I stired in about 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce and then about a tablespoon of salt. I added about another tablespoon of garlic powder and about a tablespoon of sugar. Many grinds of fresh black pepper. Added in a diced up yellow onion (roughly a cup to a cup and a half). Then stired it all up.

I then chopped up a half of a cabbage into bite sized strips. Lastly I stired in a cup of uncooked regular rice into the sauce mixture.

I dumped the ground beef, cabbage and sauce stuff into a large casserole dish. I think it was 9x12. Stired it up real good so everything was well mixed up. Covered it in foil and put it in the oven for 90 minutes. I stired it once at the hour mark.

Must say tasted real good and a lot like the cabbage rolls I wanted yet I had a lot less work to do. No pre cooking the leaves and hand rolling and all that shit. From now on when I want cabbage rolls it shall be cabbage casserole.

Ok yes it is late and I am bored yet I felt like sharing.

PS I think I spelled stired wrong in entire post, oh well. Hell I think I just spelled it wrong again.
