maybe i've read this thread too fast but I have yet to see anyone come to the defense of Alien and declare their support for his designs. Whereas I am still here to bump this thread out of respect for Envisionext and the work they have done for FLiXXXS.com, and I gotta say... the russian racial slurs are just low blows and sophmoric at best. At least clearly define and state your argument in a professional way cuz right now $tan is making you look like a fool.

OK- Some great things to take away from this trade show-
Instead of lining AVN's pockets by exhibiting- ANYWEBCAM.COM spent over $200,000 this show bringing their entire team from Australia to the show-This figure includes their main sponsorship for the PLAYERS BALL, dinners and bar tabs, T Shirts and hats, as well entertaining people with helicopter rides, gifts, etc-

I know ANYWEBCAM made a HUGE splash at this tradeshow-
I also know they printed 600 T Shirts which normally would be gone in one day-
They just sent them Fed Ex to me in California.
They wanted to print 3,000 shirts!

Thank G-d I am one of their consultants-
They would have wasted so much money

This show networking wise was great- tradeshow floor and exposure wise- it was an abortion.

AVN has finally heard your voice webmasters-
They are still trying to pretend they don't hear you though.

CC BILL better put a deposit down on Sundevil Stadium-
Looks like this years pilgrimage to the desert will rival the trip my ancestors made from Egypt thousands of years ago....

I think one Internext a year in Florida is just FINE.

This show in vegas should REALLY be a convergence show. Putting two shows at the same time in separate halls in NOT convergence at all. They should put everyone on the same floor and give the web-companies a fairer price for the AEE floor. That would be a cool show.

I had a really great time - but then I had a booth at AEE and only needed to spend about 1 hour total in "hall d" or wherever the fuck that was. AEE was killer - and hanging out was outta hand.

I'm curious, I've never once gone to a show myself... but I'm seeing a lot of people here saying that the networking isn't happening on the floors anymore, but at the parties... and companies don't need to pay for booths, to have parties...

A sponsor can get away without having a booth. I did see a sponsor walking the floor and talking to people. It was the most effective way to network, because there were not many webmasters around.
